Theme development documentation

Hi everyone,
I would like to get some feedback on our themes documentation: http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=themes:developing
Does it give people enough information to start developing themes? Are there major issues that we have missed? It assumes that the theme developer has a good working knowledge of HTML & CSS.
