What is OpenID?
OpenID is an Internet-wide identity system that allows you to sign in to many websites with a single account.
With OpenID, your ID becomes a URL (e.g. http://username.myopenid.com/). You can get a free OpenID for example from myopenid.com.

It seems that by default the Email To: section of any form is a Varchar(50). In some cases that would be too short for one email.
I would change that to Text, because what if they entered 5 email addresses to mail to on submission? That could easily surpass 255 characters.
