Thanks Delphinus. I've just changed to SS v2.2.2-rc5 and the problem is still there. I think I'll change my avatar image to have a sad face.

Virgin install of SS v2.2.2-rc5 and Ecom v0.5.2-rc1 and the same problem. The order is generated and the are emails sent but both emails arrive without content.

Interestingly, and I don't know if it is related, the email header contains the following -

"Sun-Java-System-SMTP-Warning: Lines longer than SMTP allows found and truncated."

Entire header as below. Note the email address has been changed to protect the innocent. Well, mostly innocent.
