lost in translations

22 July 2008 at 7:36pm
Hello,
I would like to improve some french translations, but I frequently find strings that are directly put in EN in .ss or .js or .php files.
Maybe I didn't look at the right place, but I did not get how to make those strings translatable.Currently I am hacking directly in the files, but that's not really usefull.. neither valid for a long term perspective.
Can someone help me or point me to the right place to learn myself?
Many thanks,
-
