Multiple-language support for the public-facing pages

I just installed the SS 2.2.0 and was wondering how I set up the multiple-language support for the public-facing pages. I don't seem to see the "language" option in the administrative area..

have a look at the documentation: http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=multilingualcontent
basically you have to set i18n::enable() in mysite/_config.php
