The new e-commerce raise an error, saying that there is a undefined variable in the ProductGroup.php

I peeped in to the codes and found that there is a variable assigned in an if conditional and this is used bellow that if conditionals.

So I declared the variable before the if conditional and then It stops raising errors.

the variable is $filter
