Hello there,

I have installed
ss 2.2.0 on a
debian etch with
apache 2.1
PHP Version 5.2.3-1+b1
MySQL - 5.0.32

Everything seems to be fine with the installation - i get no error messages or warnings.
I am not able to upload Pictures - the permissions for the required folders is 777.
In the left corner the green label with the message: "uploaded 1 file" was shown every time I try to upload an image.

Thanks a lot for give me some hints to solve this problem.

I had some trouble with this too. It seemed to work in admin, but no files were uploaded.

My error was that I had set permissions 777 to folder 'assets', but forgotten to add it to folder 'Uploads' that is located in the 'assets' map.

You can check if you have the permissions correct by adding a folder. If you see the folder both in the admin-interface and in the file-structure on the server, I think the permissions are OK.

The permission is 777 for all folders inside "assets" - the folders also available and visible. It's also possible to create new folders. But if i put some images via ftp to this folders they are also not available in ss.

Thank you for more ideas to solve this problem - or to get an "error-message"
