Limit Control Set Output

I thought adding <% control First(n) %> functionality so we can output only the first n of a control set would be a good idea. (Andy suggests it could also be <% control Limit(n) %>

Generally I think adding more built in page controls which lets us a do a few cleaver things such as that are a good idea.
