Hello,

I need to replicate this form within silver stripe:

If i add the form into the content of a page it works fine in Internet Explorer, but within firefox i get a XML Parsing error about <option selected> and if remove all of them it then finds another problem within the form.

I understand there is tutorials on building forms, but i need this to query another website and open in a new tab, or lightbox and am unclear on how to do this.

How can this be done?
