Hello,
can i manage multiple website from within one Silverstripe CMS? We have some customers that run several websites and want to manage these and share content between them using only one single admin interface.

I would say no. But saying that We do have a module called 'Subsites' which has the ability to manage > 1 site via the CMS but this has not made a release yet and is very much alpha code. We have used this on 2 or 3 internal projects but it is no where near general use! (aka no documentation).
If you want to try it out check it out via SVN - http://svn.silverstripe.com/modules/subsites/trunk
