Access rights to a Redirector Page

15 August 2008 at 9:16am
If you select to use a redirector page in the CMS you cannot choose the access rights for this page. However if you change that page to a regular page type and then select the access rights you want this page to have, save, then change this page type back to a "redirector" page type then the page will adopt the access rights that you saved for it under the "page" page type.
So... these extra options appear to be still available (and work) for other pages types that don't show the options.. why not allow these to be changed?
Perhaps this should go into trac?
Either way this should serve as a handy hint for people who might want to do what I did and only show a redirector link for people who are logged in or otherwise.
