What is OpenID?

Hi
The GST does not appear on my shop. I have these settings in the myconfig fileOrder::set_site_currency("NZD");
TaxCalculator::set_for_country("NZ", 0.125, "GST", "exclusive");
SimpleShippingCalculator::set_charges(1);
