Changing the 'Posted by' author URL on Blog posts

I am trying to change the default author URL on the "posted by" links on my blog.
This is the link that is behind the authors name on blog posts.
I have searched high and low trying to find where to change this. The default is index.html.
Any help would be appreciated.

the Posted by link for the blog module doesn't link anywhere. Or It doesn't have any link does it?. Are you looking at the standard blog entries? What theme are you using? Basically it should be coming from blog/templates/Includes/BlogSummary.ss

Thanks but can't find find any trace of the default link in blog/templates/Includes/BlogSummary.ss
Have a look at http://www.practicalspiritualitybooks.com/spirit/ and you'll see the author "Rue & Brian" and the hyperlink to index.html
The theme I am using is Higher Ground - but can't see anywhere to edit this link.

Ok so thats a bug with the theme. I think the place where you need to edit the link would be themes/higherground_blog/templates/Includes/BlogSummary.ss but I haven't looked at the template just where it should be.

I have now found the URL to change within:
