Firefox 3.1 (a2pre) Layout Problems

30 August 2008 at 10:04pm
I'm trying to edit my site and it appears as though the tree control does not want to open sub-pages. For example, I have an "About Us" page with several sub pages (The Founders, The Future, etc.) but when I click on the + to edit them it doesn't open the folder. Reloading the whole page does force it to re-render, so it looks like there is a problem with the Javascript somewhere. I haven't turned on the new JS engine in Firefox 3.1 yet so I don't think that is causing any problems.
Anyway, just a heads up that there is a problem with the latest/greatest Firefox.
Thanx!

Don't know what the problem is but the latest Firefox does seem to have quite a few quirks at the moment which need ironing out.
One noticeable thing I have encountered may-a-time is that it has trouble displaying a sites CSS.
Being a Mac user I was on Safari but have moved over since FF3 came out because its great to use and hopefully the quirks will get better soon : )
