Ok, I'm stumped...

How do you add the ability for TinyMCE to have the "Paste from Word" functionality in there? demo.silverstripe.com has it, and I've read the TinyMCE docs, and poked around in the code, but still no luck ... haven't found much in the docs on SS.com either
In general, adding plugins to TinyMCE in SS .... something special I'm missing?
