    OK, I am running PHP Version 5.0.4. Not so good, I have asked them to upgrade. Nevertheless, is there a way to fix this bug?

    this seems to happen when you're trying to log in to a part of the cms your user account / group doesn't have access to.

    For instance, if I log in as admin and log out, then try (from that screen) to log in as Joe User I can't.

    However, if I go to the /admin/ and then enter Joe Users login info, I can get in fine.

    Try it and see if it works for you.
