deploying silverstripe on a shared hosting server

Does anybody have a good way to deploy silverstripe on a shared hosting server.

The same way as you would do on a normal server I guess.
I'm on Dreamhost, which is a shared hosting as well. Just upload the files, and run it in your browser.
