Allredy have CSS/HTML/Flash Template how to combine it with SS

hallo, im new here and with SS too for now im very pleased with this cms.
But since i have allredy have TM Template for my site... which have mix of HTML/CSS and Flesh elemnts,so my question is how can i implamane SS with this template or any other CSS/HTML template...
and another question. Since im seling PC Parts on my web site how can i build navigation like this:

SilverStripe templating is super easy and flexible and you can get a site like that up pretty easily.
