I also saw this error, on the same url.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4980736 bytes) in /tmp/silverstripe-cache-home-fixr-public_html/cache.php on line 4
I had to set memory_limit = 48M
That's crazy!
You really need to recognise this is a bug, and try and do something about it....
