unexpected T_STRING error-500.html on line 1

When logging in, I receive this error:
ERROR:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/ttec/public_html/assets/error-500.html on line 1

My question is this: Did I mess around with something to get this error?

NB. This is an improvement. At least I get the login screen! :))))

SPOKE TOO SOON! No longer able to get login screen !:)
