Can´t add a translation

Hi there,
i tried to make a multilingual website but didn´t get far.
I addedi18n::enable();
i18n::set_locale('de_DE');
in my _config.php:
and then rebuilt the database-schema by calling http://<mysite>/db/build.Tables were generated and in my administration backend the tab "Translation" appears for a normal page (I only have default pages).
But when i choose "Create new translation" and select a language and then click "Create" nothing happens. It seems that the form can´t be submitted.
No Javascript error occurs.Please help because i need my site in 5 languages.
