Paypal support for E-Commerce Module

Hey guys,
It's nice to see a lively community.
I really need the E-Commerce module to support Paypal payments. Has anybody successfully implemented this or would anyone be interested in helping out?

we have a ticket for PayPal Gateway support - http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/1760 sounds like nicolaas is working on it. He might be able to provide you with some code if he has made any progress on the issue

Note that this patch (yet to be properly reviewed by us) might help;
http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/2236It provides authorize.net payment support.
