mod_rewrite

i'm very interested in using your cms but, like so many people, i can't get past the install phase due to issues with "mod_rewrite". i've tried every solution proposed in the posts i've read here to no avail. i've no choice but to give until some sort of solution is reached. is there an idea as to when such a solution might come?

Try the daily build for 8th March (the last one I tried) here:

If it works in the daily build, it should be safe to assume it's fixed in the next release?
