changing transparency of windows vista theme

hi,
i would like to delete the transparency of this theme so that the background doesn't shine through on pictures...here an example how it looks with transparency
http://www.rr-r.dejust the code i have to change would be enough ;-)

css/layout.css line 47:
change opacity:0.8; to opacity:1; or just delete this line
