403 error

I just finished setting up SS for the first time on my server and have received the following error when I go to the admin panel and try and edit a page:

</body><html>Has anyone else seen this and/or see the obvious problem?

Well, this is weird:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC"-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">HTML 2 !?
I doubt SilverStripe is giving you that...
Check for have web firewalls, proxies, et al?
