Logging in Issues...

When I come to log in I put in my email address and password, it loads for a moment then shows the same log in page again, without any error report.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

do you have phpmyadmin (or some other way of viewing the db) to see if there is actually a user within the system? If not go to yoursite.com/db/build?flush=1&username=admin&password=password and that will create the admin account for you again
Or its possible your logged in and its not redirecting correctly so login then revisit yoursite.com/admin to see if you could get in. If that still goes back to the login screen then you are not logged in and you need to check that the member exists
