HTTResponse Install issue

I can clearly see that others are having this same issue however no one seems to care to help. But I thought I would try anyway.

I can not seem to complete the install with the php install. all settings show green on the set up page, but upon submitting for install I get this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class HTTPResponse in /home/nspiredm/public_html/stripe/sapphire/core/control/HTTPResponse.php on line 146

Please help as I would really like to evaluate SS for use with all my clients.

pretty lame that no one responds. I guess SS is total crap and there is no answer. to bad. looked good on the outside anyway. shame.
