Wish To Mimic the "Page name" field in CMS

Hi,
I wish to mimic a the "Page name" in a specific manner. When you type "About Us" in the field and publish, the page will be "about-us" in the url. All I want to do is the word transformation (About US -> about-us). What is the method that will allow me to do this?
