In the CMS, when i add a page to tier-4, the page is created on tier-1 and I can't drag n drop it either :-(

Is the a limit in place?

shouldn't be any limit on tiers.. I just tried on demo and got to 7 before I got bored!. Make sure its not a browser issue or anything like that.

I think it is firefox mac.

It wasn't letting me add or drop any pages to a certain block of pages. Mmm?

I have got it working now in Safari. Funnily enough, the new release of Safari is waaaayyyy quicker reloading the cms pages than firefox. To be honest, if it wasnt for firebug, i would bin it and use Safari or Opera because they are quicker. Annoyingly, it is Firebug that causes the probs, but it's just so damn handy!

That pretty much echos the thoughts of everyone here in the office!. The safari inspect tool is no where near firebug in terms of usefulness! the only other thing I miss in safari is the keywords you can use in Firefox but there is a 'paid' plugin for that though :D
