DISQUS integration problems? (.js conflicts?)

oddly enough I've been having issues integrating DISQUS and other widgets like GetSatisifaction's.... has anyone had problems in the past with either of these services? I've set both up in the past and it was a breeze. Can't seem to figure out why the DISQUS comment box isn't showing up properly.
I've even pasted the code into a blank HTML document on the same server and it loads fine.

Ok so I've gone ahead and removed all the .js from page and there's still problems. This is extremely odd.

Same exact problems with GetSatisifaction's feedback tab... this must be related to the template system but I'm completely lost here because both Google Analytics, Mint stat tracking are working fine, and jQuery are working fine.
