I need help getting started....

The mission is to rebuild our site www.orangeframes.com into Silverstripe [ so that the others guys around here can keep putting pages up even if i die/or have a holiday ]. Trouble is I can't seem to make any real progress.
The SS CMS is all installed and running smoothly -
I am quite experience with HTML scripting, CSS, and have a little PHP knowledge.

We have made huge progress in developing the aesthetics of the site already, and I have a number of .php scripts working too which are being used to submit information into the database and create webpages.

Please offer me some practical help.
I would like to sit down with somebody and recreate/translate the site 'tag team style' [ either through chat or in real life ] in Silverstripe.

The currency is whiskey, scotch, or boxs of beer to anyone who is able to spend some time with me; to restructure my files inside this system.
