The temporary folder isn't writeable!

hi,
i have my site working on windows, and now i'm trying to move it to the server, but i have the following message:

File permissions
Is the temporary folder writeable? The temporary folder isn't writeable!

Everything else seams to be ok.

i have not found any answer to this in the forums.

Hope somebody could help me!

It was a little hard to find, and was a very simple solution, hope the inistallation would give more information wwhen shows the "The temporary folder isn't writeable!" message.
