How do you change the site name???

How do you change the site name?
My test site is here:
http://brianfast.net78.netI cannot figure out how to get rid of "pluralism" and replace it with another name. Any help? This should be documented better...

I'd say it's probably part of the template you installed as opposed to something in the CMS. Try downloading /themes/pluralism/templates/page.ss via your FTP client, and open the file in a text editor or whatever - you should see the word 'Pluralism' there somewhere, change it to whatever you want...then upload it again...

That information doesn't seem to be in the documentation.
The place to look is in yoursite/themes/yourtheme/Page.ss
Use your text editor to make the edit and save the edited file on the server.
If you went with the blackcandy theme on install then the relevant text is around lines 26 and 27.
It would be great to see the installation process include an opportunity to name the site, and perhaps to direct people to where it can be changed. After I completed my first install it was the first thing I wanted to edit. It took me about 30 minutes of searching to locate it.

General themes / editing overview is provided at http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=themes:developing. Also the issue of customizing themes has its own ticket - http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/1533.
We are also going to refactor the first tutorials (http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/2535) as over the past 6 months we have noticed a bit of a change in focus for users using SilverStripe so hopefully the first tutorial will a slightly more basic approach - things like this. As well as new sections on installing modules, widgets out of the box.
Then moving the more complex, making navigations etc to a second tutorial.
