How to edit rating user drop down list.

any who know how to edit the drop down list at the admin bottom right bar, in the edit profile, the rating user list, i wanna to add and change my own silver stripe rating user to my own rating.

The contents of the dropdown are hard-coded in ForumRole.php:
http://open.silverstripe.com/browser/modules/forum/trunk/code/ForumRole.php#L160The simplest way to change them would be to edit this file directly; however, you will need to re-create these changes when you upgrade.
There's a ticket about this issue here - http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/841 - but I can't give you an ETA, sorry.
