How to rename the Web Site and the tagline site

Hello,
I'm a new member from italy and i installed the silverstripe 2.2.2 as well and i don't know how to rename the "Your Site Name" and "your site's tagline here".
Someone could help me how to do this? ThanksPS: Sorry for my english mistakes.

Hi Garthan,
The HTML to set these are in themes/blackcandy/templates/Page.ss near the top
