Change default content language in Meta Tags

Hi there!
I have a little problem with the default meta tag:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en">Does anybody knows how to change the meta tag content language to German?
(It's not a Multilingual Site - only German content)
I read lots of threads but I couldn't get the right solution.
Please help
