I'm new, naive and need help. I installed the Windows installer file to be able to transfer a client's site into the SilverStripe CMS. But I'm used to managing sites by Dreamweaver templates and FTP, and I've encountered a problem before even beginning here. The installation seemed to go fine, but I do not see any web site on my localhost:3000 -- I get the IE error page "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." What did I miss here? I'm running on Windows XP, so according to the instructions, I did not need to install the PHP-based installer. Can someone help me out?
