removing stylesheet links

how do I remove the stylesheets links?
it dose not appearers in my themes
it well make my file xml file invailed -

Checkout mysite/code/Page.php. We include the CSS files by a custom PHP class called Requirements. If you do not wish to include the Stylesheets then just remove the lines which have Requirements::css() in your Page_Controller class.
