    Can't seem to login Link to this post

    I am not able to login in to the CMS at http://localhost:3000/. I'm new to this, but I have done so before, and my beginner site has details I changed, but it is not recognising the default password, and when I try and reset a password using my email address, it takes me to a fatal error page:

    FATAL ERROR: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set()
    At line 504 in C:\lighttpd\htdocs\sapphire\core\Email.php

    Any suggestions?

    Occassionally people have reported problems like this, and a re-install of SilverStripe fixed it.
