Currently, unless I'm mistaken, adding a PDF to the Files and Images tabs immediately exposes it to an internal search.

Is there a way to either exclude specific files, or perhaps have a 'draft' folder?

Use case1: we post recruitment ads on our site with associated role profiles (PDF) - if the position isn't filled we want to re-publish the vacancy (and PDFs). I can unpublish the vacancy page, but not the PDF.....

Use case2: we publish reports that are usually embargoed. It would ease our workflow to be able to upload these in advance....
