Global Variables

Maybe I am just stupid and cant find it, but where are the global variables such as $ApplicationName, $Title and such stored? I am wanting to brand this for my web design business and cant seem to find where these type of variables are stored. Anyone have any info? Thanks

Most global variables are stored in the code and you can set them from your sites config / override them. Eg LeftAndMain::setApplicationName("Something New"); sets the $ApplicationName
