Contact form type missing in 2.2.2?

Is it possible that silverstrip 2.2.2 doesn't have a contact form under changing behavior?
It's also not a page type.Is this correct? Is the documentation outdated?

Ya that's normal. The tutorial is outdated.
The name was changed to a more generic "user defined form" since contact form was too limiting.
It's the exact same thing.
