Can somebody please help me with this problem.
http://localhost:3000/flush=1 - The webpage cannot be found
is also happening.CMS is working fine.

What is the url in your browser location bar when you are in the cms?

Rephrase - is the path to your site actually "http://localhost:3000/"?
Eg, if your website is www.example.com, then go to "http://www.example.com/db/build?flush=1"

I used
"http://localhost:3000/silverstripe-v2.2.2/db/build?flush=1"
and it worked.
