CMS - php fatal error

My client has come to me today saying he can't edit his content in the CMS as the following error message is displayed.
Fatal error: SiteTree::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'forms/Form.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php:/home/mosten/domains/mostentertaining.com/public_html/auth_openid/code:/home/mosten/domains/mostentertaining.com/public_html/sapphire/parsers/') in /home/mosten/domains/mostentertaining.com/public_html/sapphire/core/model/SiteTree.php on line 911
any ideas as to why this is occuring now, when it worked fine when I first installed it - and indeed how to fix it?
