How to migrate SS site from testing to live domain?

I've made a site on my testing domain and now i want to migrate from testing to live, (fresh install on live site already running) which files should i migrate and how? (i know /mysite/ and /assets/ have to come, but what else?)

The .htaccess files if you modified them, or if anything you installed modified them (You might have to modify them again once your transfer from test to live.). Not sure on anything else.

if you use PhpMyAdmin or similar you can export the SQL from one database to another - this is particuarly handy if your dev server is not the same as the live site. Then all of your text, pages, users etc are preserved during the switch.
