    Using WAMP 2.0 & SS 2.2.2

    I have existing basic web pages and Gallery2 up and running on a local server.

    How can I bring those sites into SS?
    Is their a benefit to bringing existing content in, or should I start over?
    I use DDNS to provide name registration - is that a problem with SS?
