Installed on ip without changing nameservers - having problems!

Hey guys
I installed silverstripe directly onto an ip address with my reseller account, and was working on the website until it was ready to go live, and now I changed over the domain name nameservers to point to the IP address and I am experiencing problems when people go to the website.
Is there somewhere in the config or mysql database where I can alter the root domain of the silverstripe?
Instead of having ~volleyba on it etc.
