Login-Problem

Hi,
i added my own template into page.ss . Now i want to create new sites at the admin-panel. I entered website.tld/admin .But i can´t login. I got my webdesign which is dashed and that´s it. I must create many new sites and want to change a few settings. But it doesn´t work.
Whats the Problem? What can i do now?
Please help!
