module installation error

i have download and install silverstripe 2.2.2 and i wand to install the foroum module. i download it and run in my browser http://localhost:3000/silverstripe-v2.2.2//db/build. it doesn't swom me any error, then i run http://localhost/silverstripe-v2.2.2//db/build?flush=1 but the module doesn't appear! am i doing something wrong?
