Hello,

Attempting to build a new, easier to use site for my church - Going well the last week but attempted to add the gallery widget and having zero success.

Using latest releases
placed the expanded widgets_gallery folder in /mysite
perform a http://www.xxxxxx.org/db/build?flush=1
get prompted for a admin login (which I complete)
get blank page

If I look at my SS-mysite db, I see I have a LatestGalleriesWidget table, and a widget table that references LatestGalleriesWidget (and a LatestPicturesWidget).

Nothing different in the admin page as to a new page type and there is no new folder under assets.

How did I screw this up? No errors in the error_log, and nothing that I expected in the CMS admin pages. Did I miss a crutial step somewhere?

Any assistance appreciated - Bob

I'm an absolute beginner at this - I just installed the system for the first time this morning. But I did add the gallery widget - instead of putting the folder 'gallery' inside mysite, I put it at the top level (same level as 'mysite'). When I ran the db/build it did appear to add it correctly. When I create a new page, I can see the 'Gallery Page' as an option in the pulldown list.

Don't know if that helps or not - good luck,

Thanks but unfortunately did not help - I did notice that the /db/build did indeed return information to the page when the gallery folder was at the top of the directory structure, but still no additional page in the admin. I'll keep plugging away -

Thanks,

Bob
